What does it do?
Add Magnesium Sleep Flakes per bath, ideally before bedtime to add to your sleep Ritual. Soak and relax for 20 minutes, or use as a foot bath.

Magnesium Chloride, Essential oils & Botanical Extracts of Orange (Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (orange) Peel Oil), Ylang Ylang (Cananga Odorata Flower Oil) & Rose Geranium (Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil).
